I couldn’t think of a worst way to edit a new template. That technique is SO limited to what someone can do.
PEOPLE, NEVER USE THE DESIGN VIEW IN DREAMWEAVER.
If you switch to CODE VIEW, you will then have FULL control of the WHOLE template, including all HTML files and all CSS files. If you want to just want replace the text from a template it’s just as easy in code view.

i have dreamweaver 8. when i open an index it appears like an html page. i mean all the styles and web design is gone only the photos are left.
do you think i need CS3???

@DeFiiAnTsKiiLLzZ Most likely the reason for this is, the title was made in photoshop, therefore one of the present images in the “Images” folder is the header image, or ‘title’.
